River Park Towers is a 15 storey high rise
hotel with full security and is situated
at the Nerang River end of Cavill Avenue.
Being an older building all units are large
(1bed - 8sq, 2bed - 12sq) and fully self-contained,
with washing machine, dryer, iron &
ironing boards, colour TV, fans and fully
equipped kitchens. Linen is provided and
units are serviced weekly. Each unit has
a balcony overlooking a park with spectacular
views towards Southport and the Broadwater.

units face north so that they catch the
sun in the winter and are protected in the
summer. Because the building is situated
on the river, the units take advantage of
prevailing summer breezes. River Park Towers
has a large swimming pool, heated to 28
degrees celsius all year round.
